Zoo Photography

Join us on Tuesday, May 4th, for John Scalera’s presentation Zoo Photography. Learn the workflow, lighting, settings, techniques and tips that will show you how to capture intimate portraits of animals. This will be a Zoom presentation and you will be sent a link.

Images will be analyzed to show how they are created. Post processing techniques will also be examined in this two hour session. The program is presented as Zoo Photography but you will find that many of the tools, gear, and techniques can easily be adapted for Wildlife Photography.

John Scalera is an award winning photographer who specializes in zoo photography hailing from the hills of Northern New Jersey.  His fascination and passion for animals began at a very early age and continues today through his work. His viewers experience a very deep and personal relationship with the subjects he photographs.  The beauty and expression of each animal is effortlessly expressed in each photograph.

Guests are welcome. Please send an email to: North Haven Camera Club if you would like to attend.
