We all want to make our photos better. How do you take a good photo and make it a ‘stand out photo’? Our discussion on Thursday will focus on composition, cropping and perspective. It will be a chance to exchange thoughts and ideas on composition and sharpen ones skills!

with Marcie Reif
Marcie will share tips and tricks for photographing kids and families. She will share her secrets for creating joy infused and connection filled images but also what to do when things don’t go quite as planned. She will share tips for working with children and how to keep the family having fun.

Bird Photography
with Cameron Darnell
Bird photography can provide countless opportunities for artistic expression and enjoyment. After discussing the basics of photographing birds, Cameron will explain how to manipulate your camera settings for bird photography, how to use light to your advantage, and how he composes his images. He will share descriptions and image examples highlighting various techniques for developing bird photography skills.
The North Haven camera club allows a maximum of three guest visits per season.
